Architecture.Interiors.Trust.

How we build trust

One studio connects the idea, documentation and delivery

AMV Design develops architecture and interiors as connected wholes. Rather than treating concept, visualisation, technical development and construction as separate tasks, each stage is reviewed against the final space. This keeps the design intent aligned with function, budget and realistic construction methods.

Based in Nikšić, we work on projects throughout Montenegro. Local context matters: climate, terrain, construction practice, material availability and the capabilities of contractors. At the same time, we use clear contemporary methods for presenting and coordinating projects, including work with clients and collaborators based abroad.

Every project begins with good questions

Before drawing, we want to understand who will use the space, how it must work every day, what matters over the long term and where the constraints lie. We do not apply the same answer to different people and sites. The brief and priorities become the measure for every later decision.

Decisions should be understandable

The client should know what each stage delivers, which decisions are being made and how they affect the next steps. Drawings, 3D images, materials and cost information are tools for informed decisions, not simply presentation.

A detail is valuable only when it supports the whole

Materials, lighting and furniture are considered together with space, services and use. A successful detail does not compete for attention; it helps the interior feel natural, precise and complete.

About us and how we develop projects

Our projects speak for us, combining functionality, understated aesthetics and carefully developed details. AMV Design is an architecture studio based in Nikšić, working with private and commercial clients throughout Montenegro. We approach each brief through spatial analysis, clear priorities and open communication.

Our work covers architectural design, interior design, 3D visualizations and support during project delivery. Clients can commission an individual service or an integrated process, depending on the project stage and the documentation available.

How do we work with clients?

Before starting, we define the scope, timeline, number of revisions and deliverables for each stage. We document key decisions and organize presentations and drawings so they are clear to the client and useful to contractors. This reduces misunderstandings and subsequent changes.

What matters to us in a project?

• a functional layout tailored to real needs;
• the relationship between the building or interior, its site and natural light;
• materials and details that are available and practical to implement;
• a budget considered before costly decisions are made;
• consistency from the initial idea to the finished space.

You can find indicative prices for individual stages in our pricing guide. The final quote depends on the floor area, complexity, location and level of documentation required for the project.

Information about the planning framework is available on the website of Montenegro’s Ministry of Spatial Planning. To introduce your project to us, send the key details through our quote request form.
